Being involved in our community means serving others, but it's not limited to just that.
Yes, we have groups that actively serve the homeless and those in need in the greater Nashville area, across the country and around the world. But we're also involved through a variety of recreational activities, including golf outings and yoga and kung fu classes. Our annual Dinner Theatre and Winter Gala is not only a popular event for our congregation, but the city of Nashville as well.
Whether it's preparing food, lending an ear to someone who needs to talk, spending time on the golf course or performing in a theatrical production, First Baptist Nashville is making an impact on our community.
First Baptist Nashville hosts a weekly Celebrate Recovery gathering and offers assistance to those in need through the Downtown Ministry Center. We're also active participants in the Room in the Inn ministry to Nashville's homeless population and assist missionaries from around the world who are looking to stay in Nashville.
We offer yoga and kung fu classes as well as golf outings for our members and the community.
Our annual Dinner Theatre is one of our most popular events, and our arts community is actively involved in our church community.
